independent System Integrator allowing us to custom design the system to the
clients exact requirements by using the analyzers that are the best suitable
for the required application. We combine designing, manufacturing and testing
capabilities to provide proven quality systems integration.
Our Packaged Analyser system includes Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
systems, Systems for power distribution, Utilities headers, Gas Monitoring
Systems and Safety Devices, Pre-conditioning units for samples, including
pressure and temperature control, Sample take-off probes to be installed on
process lines, Sample recovery systems that collect used samples and return
them to the process lines, PLC based Safety control system and other supporting
systems.
We provide complete integrated
analyser systems and all related services from initial engineering through
detailed engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and field start-up.
Analyser Systems are supplied and installed in the custom built special
Analyser Houses including air-conditioning, power distribution, lighting,
termination and junction boxes, gas and flame detection, relevant piping and
wiring. Analyser systems are also supplied in 3 sided shelters, cabinets or
racks as per the requirement.
Shelters can be customized to meet the required specification. Each shelter is
designed, manufactured, and supplied to meet the applicable area
classifications and standards, We supply shelters of various materials such as
SS, Galvanized and Painted, GRP, and Aluminium.
